Waterside Plaza

​Waterside Plaza has four 37 story tall towers overlooking the East River. Successfully replaced 6,000 windows in under 7 months.
Challenge: Owners facade consultant requested head and sill drip cap edges, as these were lacking from the original window wall design, and to leave the mullion in place. The Multi ganged window openings occurred in adjoining apartments and would be difficult to coordinate same-day install dates. AirGuard’s engineers designed and created a system where each window opening can be independently installed and interlock with an adjoining opening at different install date intervals.

Thomas Edison's Battery factory was converted into Luxury Lofts and we are responsible for replacing over 5,000 windows for this project with the majority of the windows being over 10ft tall.
Bella Vista Apartments

The Bella Vista Building is a home for senior citizens. This window wall project entailed replacing all the old panels and windows, from floor to ceiling. During the window replacement the residents were displaced for only 5-7 hours and returned to their rooms with brand new windows.

The Heritage Towers are two twin buildings where 50% of the windows were enlarged in height. Teaming up with an exterior restoration project, this task was accomplished while the apartments were occupied.
